Trip Back to WA in August (playing blogging catch-up)

So we've been pretty deficient at blogging lately - life just seems to keep you busy! We wanted to share a few pix from our trip back to WA back in August, to include a trip to the beautiful Pacific Ocean (Kalaloch to be precise)! This post is mostly a photo montage of our events while back home - enjoy!

Conner friend Elliot came camping too. When we were in the hospital Conner spent a lot of time with Gma & got to become good friends with Elliot. He was so excited to see him & spend some time with him.
We had about 20 some people from all over come camping. It was a wonderful time celebrating Terry & what a wonderful friend he is to all of us. Terry was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) last year and this was a special request from him - to share one of his favorite family traditions of camping at Kalaloch with his friends as well. It was a very special time! It was kind of our "vacation."

We had a blast on our short stint back in WA and are very much looking forward to some more R&R back in WA over the Christmas holidays! We are going to continue to play catch-up a bit with our blog & plan to have some more posts coming soon...

  1. You went to Kalaloch??! I need to show Tyson this; he will be so jealous! We were going to go there over Labor Day weekend, but our house was out of control (and it was pouring rain at the coast) so we decided to fumigate our apt. But oh, it looks glorious, and we'll have to try it next summer. And hope to see you around Christmas! And Summer will hope to see Conner ;)
