Hope y'all had a wonderful Christmas and last few days of 2013!
We are so excited to see what The Lord has planned for our family and yours in 2014!
Over Christmas we have been thinking a lot about our daughter in Ch!na. We know The Lord has her story written into our family. We believe that by next Christmas she will be celebrating Christ's birth with us! What an amazing gift that will be.
Our adoption status is progressing. We have finished our first home study visit and will have our second one in early January. We have finished the (massive) paperwork drill and training necessary, and now we just need to knock out the meetings.
We have already been challenged by The Lord that we have to be patient and that the process isn't in our hands (which has been so HARD) and to embrace the journey. (Fortunately, it's in His hands... so we don't need to fret or worry)
